Cancellation Policy: With at least 24 hours notice prior to flight day, there are no charges from us. With less than 24 hours notice, we will charge 25% to the credit card on file. If you just do not show up on flight day, we will charge the full amount due to the card on file.
Health and Safety Requirements: Ballooning is an outdoor, active sport. You must be in generally good physical health to participate. You may NOT be pregnant, had any recent surgeries, broken bones, casts, or joint replacements. You must be able to climb into the basket which is 4 feet tall and stand for 1 hour.
