We operate these runs on the lower stretches of most of our rivers, great for the kids and people wanting an introduction to whitewater. No big rapids, no worries! We can take children as young as 4. From 2 hour trips to overnight riverside camping options with lower grade rapids. We take our own kids on these trips occasionally and they rave about them constantly – marshmallows in front of the fire, great fishing, gold panning, feeding giant eels, exploring in the forest looking for giant Weta, HuHu grubs and beetles. Nature’s playground does not get any better than this! We take a portable canvas wall tent with a fire in it so even in the middle of nowhere camping on the side of a river we stay warm and comfortable. Free photos and video clips, food and drinks provided. On multi day trips we provide all necessary camping gear and cater. All you need is your sleeping bag, camping clothes and a few toiletries.
