On a map the area you are visiting is often called Mersey Point. The train from Perth will take you to Rockingham Station and from there you can get a 551 bus to Penguin Island.
You will see the Pengos Café and carpark. In this carpark you will notice a van and trailer sign-written with West Oz Kiteboarding and this is the meeting point for kite lessons or stand up paddle tours.
There is plenty of carparking in this carpark, plus road parking and another carpark within walking distance to the North.
