Cancellations If
it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation, we require
written notification by registered mail. All deposits for cancellations
made less than 15 weeks prior to the package commencement date are
NON-REFUNDABLE and will be retained by Stellar.For cancellations made less than 15 weeks prior to the package
commencement date, the total package price is due in full and is
NON-REFUNDABLE. If the cancelled reservation can be re-sold to another
guest that assumes the contractual obligations, and only if the
cancelled space is still available, a change of reservation fee of $250
will apply.Refunds
We will retain a 150$CAD administration fee per day on “down days” due
to poor weather or mechanical break down, the rest of your daily skiing
package will be refunded. There is no refund if you choose not to
participate in any activity or to return to the staging area early.Stellar reserves the right to cancel any package at any time. FULL REFUNDS will be given if this is the situation.

The two closest airports to Stellar Heli Skiing’s terrain are in Castlegar, BC (21/2hr drive to Meadow Creek) and Spokane, WA in the US (5-6 hr drive to Meadow Creek).
From Castlegar, BC drive
north-east to Nelson on Highway 3A (41 km). Continue through Nelson on Highway 3A. At Balfour the highway signage changes to Highway 31. Drive north up Kootenay Lake on Highway 31 to Kaslo.
If you arrive in the morning and are only skiing with us for one day, please call us from Kaslo so we can let you know where to meet our guide and the helicopter.
If you arrive the day before your skiing and have arranged to stay at Wing Creek Cabins,
continue north out of Kaslo for six km. Wing Creek Cabins is in the first community past Kaslo. They have a large wooden sign at their driveway. Check in and make yourselves comfortable.
From Spokane, WA travel north to the US/Canadian border by following Highway 395 to Colville. At Colville take Highway 20 heading east for 36 miles then turn left onto Highway 31 to Ione, Metaline Falls and the boarder.
After the boarder, turn left on Highway 3 and follow it as far as Salmo, BC. At Salmo, turn right onto Highway 6 which will take you into Nelson,
BC. From Nelson, follow directions as above.
