All jump prices are for up to 200 pounds. Anyone heavier will be considered on a case by case basis, and may be asked to pay more, at our discretion.
All jumpers must be in good health.If you have any doubt about your health in relationship to skydiving, please consult your physician. Please present all medical documents you have regarding your fitness to skydive at the time you receive your liability documents. You must be willing to sign and initial ALL liability documents.
All weather decisions will be made by SKYDIVE TOLEDO. If customer needs to re schedule it must be done at least 24 hours in advance, with SKYDIVE TOLEDO. No shows forfeit their reservation and all funding issued to SKYDIVE TOLEDO to hold their reservation.
Must be 18 Years old to participate in Static Line or AFF. 16 and 17 is allowed but a legal guardian must be present at the DZ the day the jump is made and be willing to sign liability contract.
All Liability contracts are the sore property of Skydive Toledo.
Skydive Toledo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
