After this course you will be able to fly on your own at all SA Basic license sites.

Paragliding equipment.
To ensure pilot confidence, we insist students purchase their own equipment before commencing their training. We will be glad to assist you in sourcing the most suitable package for your budget. We advice good 2nd hand equipment in the beginning, rather than spending a lot of money on new. DO NOT! buy equipment before consulting with us, another school, instructor or SAHPA representative.
We will not train on unsuitable equipment. There is equipment which is not safe or suitable for beginners. So start this sport with the right info & attitude and you will have many years of happy flying.
Extra flights. If you reach the total 40 flights required but have not yet completed all the requirements above or reached the desired standard of proficiency, an additional R50 p/flight will be charged until the above criteria are completed.
