Stand Up Paddleboarding is the latest water sport to hit these shores from Hawaii. On flat water, paddleboarding offers the ability to explore rivers, estuaries and coastlines whilst developing core fitness. Beats going to the gym!
The basic course is a short introduction to paddleboarding on flat water.

Car, Drive to the end of the M4 and head towards Haverfordwest. From Haverfordwest head towards St Davids, the road runs along the beach at Newgale, we are based in the grounds of Newsurf, next to the Duke of Edinburgh pub.
Rail, Search for Haverfordwest train station, bus or taxi from the station to Newgale.
