Introduction to kitesurfing & getting on the board
This course is designed to teach you the basics of Kitesurfing as taught by the IKO (internationa kiteboarding organization http://www.ikointl.com ) syllabus, and aims to give you:
* A strong all round knowledge of the sport
* The confidence required to practice on your own
* A high level of safety awareness both on and off the water
Duration: 8 hours of private lesson (No group lessons). The equipment (wetsuit, harness, kite, board, helmet, impact vest) is included
- 7 nights in a bed & breakfast on Sant'Antioco island: room with private bathroom and breakfast service.

Learn kitesurfing Level1:
* Equipment and safety theory
* Kite set-up and kite maintenance
* Know the use of the safety systems
* Understanding the wind window
* Basic kite flying skills
* Hand signals
* Launch and land the kite
Learn kitesurfing Level 2
* Advanced Kite flying skills
* Water re-launch the kite
* Self rescue and deep water pack down
* Basic downwind body dragging
* Advanced upwind body dragging
* Body dragging with board
Learn kitesurfing Level 3:
* Board-work theory
* First water start
* Basic riding in both directions
* Theory and safety rules
Sometime people need more than 8 hours to finish the level 3, in that case the optional extra hours will be charged at 25 euro/hour.

Please Note
Refunds policy:
- If, after 60 minutes of your course, you feel kiteboarding is not for you, we will refund your entire course
- If, after one day of teaching, you wish to cancel your course, we will refund the remaining hours
- If the weather conditions doesn’t allow us to do lessons, we will refund you the remaining hours.
Accommodations:
It’s possible to have a quotation for different type of accommodation. We can provide apartments, villas, agriturismo.
Cancellation policy
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire activity price may be charged.
